In the throw-away world that we live in today, my goal is simple: Make great products that never need replaced.

I’m Lewis, the maker of all things on this site. I began crafting knives at the age of 12, abusing a wood stove as a makeshift forge. As a broke college student pursuing a degree in Engineering, I fabricated my own equipment and began making and selling knives to pay for tuition.

Skip forward 10 years and knifemaking is still my passion, I have completed hundreds of custom knife orders. I wanted to offer more products that appeal to a wider community, which led me into making high-end culinary tools.
